Local Markets Photo Diary

Hello everyone!

As I mentioned in my previous post, I went to my very first flea markets with Reghimself and hnhmryl + our dog Gitah. The best thing about this market? You guessed it - because it's local.

Our purpose for this trip was to (obviously) check out the place and see how everything works. Starting from the set up of the stall, what there is to sell then how the prices are marked.

You may or may not know but Hnhmryl and I have been wanting (and planning) to set up a casual stall and sell some unwanted goodies. We've been trying to find people to join us with the selling but unfortunately not doing good at all haha. Our visit to this market gave us a little bit of hope though.
You can literally sell anything! ANYTHING! .. well except for live animals, hot food, fake stuff, you know the go.

As much as I wanted to 'document' my little excursion, I received quite a lot of stares here and there and we all know I don't do very well in situations like that. Why can't I just be YOLOYOLOYOLO hahaha! I'm certain that my jumper with screams 'look at me' had a big part in it.
I did try my best though! So hopefully all you noobs (like me) have a bit more of an idea ^^

It was Reghimself's and my anniversary monthsary on this fine Sunday morning. We rarely get to spend the with each other on the day so I got hnhmryl to take some loveydovey photos :P

Hnhmryl & her date.
Lovelovelove our naughty puppy!
'Cos I'm hipster like that.
Home time!
We seriously love Noodle Xtra's version of Pad Thai, Ice Tea Juice powder & Snow Mountain/Chicken Avo sushi's

Belated

Huwwo readers!

Excited I'm back? Me too =]
I'm been M.I.A in the blogging world because of the real world. I was having too much fun out and about with some good company. I've also been working quite lately, making it rain really ;)

Anyway, Reghimself's mum gave us a voucher of free lunch for two at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney's restaurant Corn Exhange. It was meant to be for his birthday but we couldn't make the time for it.

This is my first time dining in at Four Points but it's not my first being there. I did a week of work placement back in 2009 for my Hospitality class. I must say it was the best unpaid work experience by far. My duty was more on the front of house - polishing cutlery and glass, setting up A la Carte on the tables, clearing up plates. They were nice enough to show me some other things like being at the bar - made a couple of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and room service. Oh vague memories.

I manage to snap some of the food that was served on the buffet. Luckily enough we were the first one to arrive.
LOL. So Asian of me to add rice in my plate right?
Beer and a bottle of house wine: FREE.
Although they didn't refill our water glasses :(

Walked around the QVB.
Lighting was immaculate at the escalators that we went twice just to get a photo.

Behind the scenes:
Hair update: After 12 days it's not as bright. Go self healing hair!
Can you guess who took the photo? hehe.

Stay tuned for my outfit post!

40th Monthsary Celebration

Hayyy readers!
Our actual monthsary is tomorrow (5th April) but it was such a lovely weather plus we were both free all day so we thought, why not? Just so you know, we don't usually celebrate monthsaries every single month. That's just insane! Imagine the gifts you have to give and places you have to go to. We all know monies doesn't grow on trees - wish they did though.

Anyway, we decided to get professional massages for this month. I know that's what your gf/bf is for but trust me when I say WE SUCK AT IT. Our hand gets tired and every 5 minutes or so, you'll hear the 'masseuse' saying "my turn!"

He's really active (playing sports and whatnot) and I.. well I'm just really tense. I did my little dodgy research and it seems like I suffer from stiff neck and frozen shoulders. It's probably because of my big head aiyaa.
Both of us got our neck, shoulder and back done for 35 minutes ($35). We've been looking for the cheapest place and Janet's Chinese Health Therapy at Blacktown was actually recommended by a good friend of ours (Jordan).
Here's me doing some yoga pose before taking my clothes off (top button already undone LOL).
Reghimself had to quickly take the photo cos we were in separated massage room.
Pretty sure I got the better room :P
He's not wearing contact lenses btw, his eyes just turned out that way when I was editing.
My masseuse was a sweet tiny asian lady while Reghimself had an asian lady too.. just not tiny :P Most likely the masseuse for men. Only one thing I wish I didn't do was assume that the time's up every time she stops. Right from the start I was counting down -.- Towards the end I was completely relaxed. I may have drooled a little lol whoops!
When she was doing her final touches she complimented how long and soft my hair was. Then she asked me how old I am and was shocked when she found out I wasn't 13! Dear me. The whole time she was wondering why I'm so stressed at such 'a young age' hahahahaha. Girrrrl now you know!
Reghimself's experience was apparently good too :) We're definitely coming back!
So if you're a little stress or tense like me, defs check this place out! *two thumbs up!*
But if you find something cheaper, DO SHARE :D

Sticker photos from Morning Glory. Ew at my writing :(

My little OOTD vid. After this was taken an old man walked past us saying "are you British?" out loud. He was obviously looking at my bum -__-

And here's the rest of our day :) Reghimself's kuya (older brother) Marvin and his girlf Olivia took us and his younger brother Christian out to Strathfield for dinner. I was ecstatic of course! Everyone knows Strathfield is where the Koreans at! hahaha
I didn't get to take much photos cos I was shy :( These are all from reghimself's iPhone.

Babe endorsing Sunny10 with TaeYang oppa~ CUTE!
'Til next time!
