Tiger Studs

Hello lovely readers!
Here's what I wore when I went to my local flea markets.
Threw on this sloppy joe jumper with a crazy as print that I've eyed for ages at the shops. Once I had it in my wardrobe, it was my "maybe I'll wear this today" but never saw the sunlight. So this day I was like, you know what? I'm going to wear you! And that I did. It was my first time going to a flea market and I thought it was the perfect thing to wear.

I paired it with my all time fave (faded) black shorts which I, by the way, DIY'ed myself! Proud or what? Wore these bad ass stockings under my shorts that I got for $4, what a steal.
Kept my accessories very minimal and went with this ring harness. Who says you can't mix gold and silver together?

Flowers vs Chains

Heyyo readers!
I know, I know my posts are way overdue. I've been so caught up with work and spending time with friends that I've neglected blogging. Yay for new post though right? =]

So this is just another casual day with the one and only Reghimself.
He took me out for a lunch date at Frango's then we had some Gloria Jeans' Arnotts Tim Tams.
The weather's actually been quite nice and warm recently hence the short sleeves/shorts/one layer jackets but don't get fooled it still get so chilly once the sun goes down.
If you feel like checkin' him out, all his links are in the 'Get To Know' section on the top of the page :]

Winter Pastels

Hello readers!
A trend that's peaking right now: pastels.
It's really hard to corporate pastels during winter as such pieces usually comes out in lightweight materials. I've been lusting over pastels that I had to force it in my outfit even if it's the middle of winter in Australia.
Okay, so I'm not drowning in pastels but that's the thing pastels aren't meant to be hardcore. Subtlety is the beauty of it.

I played around with textures carefully, a bit of here and there while keeping the colour uniform.
I'd like to take this moment to apologise about my super creased shorts. The reality is I'm not a model. I don't have assistants who will iron my shorts just before the shoot *sob.

Fun fact: I'm wearing nude stockings. Ladder resistant = amazing!
What do you think about my look? :)
Also my editing skills? Good enough or..? I worked really hard, that's gotta give me brownie points right?

40th Monthsary Celebration

Hayyy readers!
Our actual monthsary is tomorrow (5th April) but it was such a lovely weather plus we were both free all day so we thought, why not? Just so you know, we don't usually celebrate monthsaries every single month. That's just insane! Imagine the gifts you have to give and places you have to go to. We all know monies doesn't grow on trees - wish they did though.

Anyway, we decided to get professional massages for this month. I know that's what your gf/bf is for but trust me when I say WE SUCK AT IT. Our hand gets tired and every 5 minutes or so, you'll hear the 'masseuse' saying "my turn!"

He's really active (playing sports and whatnot) and I.. well I'm just really tense. I did my little dodgy research and it seems like I suffer from stiff neck and frozen shoulders. It's probably because of my big head aiyaa.
Both of us got our neck, shoulder and back done for 35 minutes ($35). We've been looking for the cheapest place and Janet's Chinese Health Therapy at Blacktown was actually recommended by a good friend of ours (Jordan).
Here's me doing some yoga pose before taking my clothes off (top button already undone LOL).
Reghimself had to quickly take the photo cos we were in separated massage room.
Pretty sure I got the better room :P
He's not wearing contact lenses btw, his eyes just turned out that way when I was editing.
My masseuse was a sweet tiny asian lady while Reghimself had an asian lady too.. just not tiny :P Most likely the masseuse for men. Only one thing I wish I didn't do was assume that the time's up every time she stops. Right from the start I was counting down -.- Towards the end I was completely relaxed. I may have drooled a little lol whoops!
When she was doing her final touches she complimented how long and soft my hair was. Then she asked me how old I am and was shocked when she found out I wasn't 13! Dear me. The whole time she was wondering why I'm so stressed at such 'a young age' hahahahaha. Girrrrl now you know!
Reghimself's experience was apparently good too :) We're definitely coming back!
So if you're a little stress or tense like me, defs check this place out! *two thumbs up!*
But if you find something cheaper, DO SHARE :D

Sticker photos from Morning Glory. Ew at my writing :(

My little OOTD vid. After this was taken an old man walked past us saying "are you British?" out loud. He was obviously looking at my bum -__-

And here's the rest of our day :) Reghimself's kuya (older brother) Marvin and his girlf Olivia took us and his younger brother Christian out to Strathfield for dinner. I was ecstatic of course! Everyone knows Strathfield is where the Koreans at! hahaha
I didn't get to take much photos cos I was shy :( These are all from reghimself's iPhone.

Fantastic Baby

Hallo readers!
[ * Images above are photographed by Hanah D.]

Mmm.. Yeah I know I went crazy on editing (or filtering should I say) these photos. Fx Foto Pro is mutha effin amazeballs. It's like Macy (my macbook lul)'s own Instagram.

I want to thank my beautiful sister (Hanuu Banunu**) for cheering me up by volunteering to take my OOTD. I almost always have to force and beg her to haha.

** Find her on Twitter or Tumblr

These tastes amazing! The packaging is cute too!

If you're wondering about the post title, wonder no more!
I want to put it out there that I am a kpop fan ^^ I'm a big supporter of 2NE1 and Big Bang / YG FAMILY :'} If you're not familiar with kpop at all and you're an open minded person, definitely check them out. weooo.

Anyway, the video below #selfpromotinglul. Yes. I filmed myself whilst watching the MV of one of Big Bang's new songs hence "MV Reaction Video".

I'm sorry if you know me personally and I've embarrassed you haha ><

On a side note, I reckon my lashes looked hektos. Fakies are so good on camera!

Enjoy kekeke~

Army Inspired

Just another whole-day shinanigans with Reghimself.
[ Boyfriend's Hat RVCA, Rayban Rounded Wayferer, LBD - Valleygirl, Khaki Top - City Beach, Converse Black Hi-top,  Bag & Ring - SBM ]
I didn't really think the outfit through but it turned out pretty good hey? I wasn't planning to wear a hat originally but since my boyfriend decided to give his hat a rest I thought I'd give it a try. What do you think? :)

Also, did anyone notice my eyes? I tried the whole double-eyelid thing. Instead of using the eyelid tape, I used an eyelash glue. I know it sounds weird but I looked it up on YouTube and a lot of gurus do it too :P  I'm yet to perfect it still - where to place the glue as well as getting use to the fact that you can't blink fully hahahaha. Crazy huh? I just love how you can actually see my eyeliner and I didn't have to rub my eyelid all day because of the liner residue (if that makes sense?).

The bag and the ring are my new loves! Both are from Sydney Boutique Markets which is basically filled with stalls of designers and retailers. It allows them to showcase their products ranging from babies to adults. However, like many of these 'market' types, you really have to look for unique pieces that you won't find in large retail chains. Some can be really pricey and even if you really like you just have to say no. Unless you're drooling over it then might as well haha.
The bag cost me $20, I know it looks small but it's surprisingly roomy. It's black with a tinge of brownish purple and it's a velveted material. The owl ring cost me $15. The ring is elasticised making it so comfortable to wear. I had to get another ring with that type but this one is definitely my fav.

Putting beauty and fashion aside, these Build-Your-Own boxes got me intrigued! They are really one of a kind (I think so anyway lol) - it has the Ikea feel to it. They are very sturdy and well made. I just think they are such amazing pieces! There were many designs to choose from but I picked the "traffic" theme.
Reghimself and I had fun putting it all together but it was so easy that we finished it quick. We found ourselves admiring them. I kept the tissue box and the twin box which I still haven't used. I'm leaving it as a display, just for people to look at :P

$39
$29
$19
I'm sorry for looking awkward haha
Japanese Ramen (pork & seaweed) $9.50

We ended the day with two bowls of delicious Ramen and a movie: Journey 2.

Toodles xx
